On August 13th, TTGG held the “Target and Time Management” themed special training in the Conference Room VIII at Xixi National Wetland Park. Senior lecturers from 51Job Ph.D. WANG Yiru from Fudan University were invited to give an open class to hundreds of participants including senior managers and employees of the company.
During the training, lectures ran an interesting test, which helped the participants recognize their insufficiencies in time management and, and explaining vividly the methods for understanding time management and improving efficiency and the skills for time management. In the target management session, lectures, centering on the core principle of SMART, taught them how to set a good target, allocate time reasonably and achieve expected target successfully by effective communication and emotion regulation. The training was particularly stimulant and interactive and quite beneficial, helping them master the methods to enhance their time management and improve their working efficiency in an agreeable way.
